Hugo Dark Blue was launched in 1999. It is a sophisticated fragrance for discerning gentlemen. Top notes are orange, ginger, grapefruit, lemon and lime. Middle notes
are mahogany, cypress, sage, geranium and cardamom. Base notes are
patchouli, benzoin, vetiver, cedar and vanilla. The bottle is based on a cocktail shaker, and the fragrance is supposed to be "The Darker Side of Hugo".
