Terms and Conditions

- For serious buyer only. Back out buyer will be blacklisted.
- All Pre Order shipment of items will be shipped out on every Monday after full payment
   received. Payment must be made before 1130pm on every Friday. Payment after the sad time and
  date will be considered as next week order.
- Stocked item shipment will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday after full payment received.
- All items will be reserved for 2 DAYS time after invoice has been issued. After 2 day, the invoice
   will no longer valid and the item will be advertise for sale.

- No exchange of product after confirmation.

- All transaction will be done online. No COD or meet up transaction will be entertain.

- Buyers will pay all in curd cost for handling and shipping.

                                                       Poslaju : RM7(WM), RM10(EM)

                                                       (depends on product weight, additional charge will in curd)

- Payment only can be accepted through our Maybank, Public Bank and RHB bank account. Account

  number will be stated in our invoice.

- All delivery will be done via Poslaju only. 

- We will not be held responsible for missing, delay or damage any item during delivery. However

  we will assist to claim from Poslaju.

Effective July 2011, Pos Ekspress NOT allowed for small item only for document, therefore we no longer use this type of shipment method. Only POSLAJU.    

Replacement and Refund

- Only items with factory defect will be entertain.

- Received different item from what has been ordered from us.

- All items will be change 1 to 1 basis. In order the item is no longer in stock, we will do a full

  refund.

- Sufficient proof (picture, receipt....etc) is required for replacement or refund.

Product Usage
- All product are subject to manufacture guarantee of usage. Please visit and read manufacture website
  or store for more information. We will not take any responsibility on any event or side effect when
  using any product buy from us.

Pre Order Stock
- We will inform buyer the availability of the product from our supplier. If the items is no more in stock, we will do full refund without any chargers.
