BALENCIAGA Paris is a lovely paradox, a fragrance full of light yet balanced with dark subtlety. It was launched in 2010. BALENCIAGA Paris is not a romantic floral fragrance, but created with a dose of the urban and the traditional with nuances of metal effects. Its composition is characterized as a chypre floral with accentuated violet. The effect it leaves is not powdery as it usually does in other compositions, but violet leaves are put in the front plan so the fragrance receives light, fresh and natural nuances. Olivier Polge integrates re-distilled wood such as cedar and patchouli. Floral essences are represented by carnation and violet.

Fresh and alluring, the fragrance opens with green notes of lily of the valley bell and violet leaves accord. As B. evolves, the iris note reveals a powdery essence before drying down with darker woody notes of cashmeran woods. The glass of the bottle is inspired by the marble floor of BALENCIAGA's salon located at 10 Avenue George V in Paris, while the stopper was created to suggest the modern style that BALENCIAGA has cherished in fashion creations and in making accessories.

Rosabotanica is the second flower in the Balenciaga magical garden founded with Florabotanica perfume from 2012 that is beautiful but dangerous. This floral fragrance is based on spicy rose. It opens with crystal accents of blue hyacinth and milky green character of fig leaf, refreshed by petitgrain. Rose in this composition reveals its sparkling and herbal facets increased by bitter drops of grapefruit and spicy cardamom and pink pepper. The base is composed of white amber, cedar, vetiver, patchouli and clean woody notes.
